Premium Finishing Mode Achieve the ultimate in surface finishing aluminium parts with this proprietary feature. The finished parts can leave the machine with satin matte finish, or processed to a highly polished finish, you choose.

LCD Touch Screen and PLC Controls
All operations of the cabinet are via colour touch screen controller mounted conveniently on the top of the working area. Control all the various machine functions through the touch screen and integrated PLC.

Fully Welded Stainless Steel Construction
Provides for heavy duty usage and drip/leak free operation.

Dual Air Pressure Gauges
Monitor the mains incoming air pressure and regulate the pressure to the blast gun with precise pilot regulator.

Continuous Water Cleaning
In built 3 stage closed loop water cleaning removes waste from the water to create fresh clean water for the window washer and wash down gun.

Massive Viewing Window
Full size viewing window provides maximum visibility and light into the working area.

Window Washer
During blasting the window washer can be set to auto mode, or triggered on demand with a tap of the foot pedal.

Knobbly Gloves
Aids in maintaining grip of slippery items.

Slurry Agitator
Maintains a constant water-media mix ratio to provide consistent surface finishing, part to part.

Abrasive Cleaning
Auto system to remove contamination from the abrasive collected during use. Turn it on and come back in 1.5 hours to fresh cleaned abrasive.
